- Description
- 1952 Vincent Black Lightning is arguably Richard Thompson's most popular composition. Based on the old traditional "ballad" form, the song tells the tale of James Adie, Red Molly and, of course, the 1952 VBL. "Red hair and black leather, my favourite colour scheme". Originally released on RT's "Rumor and Sigh" album in 1991.
