oka just made my bg over again give me some details on how I can approved my layout

everytime I put my links in my layout code It really don't work can somebody tell me want I'm doing wrong?

alright guys check out my new layout lol and some people were saying that its on the left side of the page and i should center it can u guys tell me wat u see on my page? thanx ^/_\^

k so unfortunately due to a lack of rememberence most people have changed there layouts so i really cant do anything more so i cant make the vid cause i got some incomplete layout picks and i have some trouble uploading it so sorry there is no halloween pick really sorry guys but there will be a christmas on maybe not for sure but i can try my best sorry again ^/_\^

i was wondering what code that show an image on your security code like when people put a comment on your profile and they enter this code and i know it does has to with a #repecitca_image code

hey i was wondering if u guys who have GIMP software could help me!!! k so i was streaming through groups and i came across a post in uraharas image shop that said u could make animations with gimp! unfortunately it really wasnt all that clear =( so i tried asking the one who made the post for some help but, and this always happens to the people i need help from, his account was CLOSED!!!! and right now u could tell that by looking at my page its under construction. so i needed a good animated pic to use and i needed to make it cause i had the perfect one in mind so long story short!! this is to whoever has gimp and knows how to make animations using it!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! btw for the people that know me this is fireskull55 ^/_\^
