GRAVITATION has a lot of music in it ~ it really got me into Japanese music many years ago :D It's a light yaoi story ~ if u like that kinda thing? Shuichi is trying to become a successful singer, like his idol Ryuichi, when he falls in love with a famous, handsome but moody romance novelist. It's very funny and the music is awesome! The bands/singers who do the songs for it are Kotani Kinya, Iceman and The Seeker.

Thought of another one....Full Moon wo sagashite. Mitsuki wants to become a singer so that she can find her childhood crush in America but she has cancer in her throat. She meets a shinigami duo who transform her into a 16 year old so she can enter a singing competition. And while she's in this form her throat is healthy. It's a sweet story with some sad bits towards the end (I'm ashamed to say I cried so much watching it!). The music is by Changin My Life.
