Well there is Mezzo and the Burn up series plus if your into ecchi or hentai there is cool devices and bible black. I have not seen the cool devices or bible black just because I'm not into hentai or ecchi, oh and another one that is not bad is Ikk Tousen or I think in english it is called Battle Vixens. Love Hina is one of my all time favorites - panty shots, accidental groping, guy getting smacked halfway across the globe for said groping... it's amazing. Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu doesn't really have much of a storyline, as each episode is pretty independent of each other, but it's another really funny one with more panty shots and accidental groping scattered throughout the episodes. Ichigo 100% is another good one of the romance/harem/comedy genres. Inukami is an amazing ecchi series, but I'll tell you now that the first 2 episodes might scare you off, even though the series gets a lot better after that. also see Vandread first and second seasons, Amaenaideyo!!, and DNA². I don't know if you're looking for a series like Kenichi cuz the ecchi is kinda rare (although it definitely exists), but Kenichi is a really good series that has a great storyline. Kenichi is mostly a martial arts genre though.
