Anyone know the name of this anime?
Its this anime where this guy has Hepatitis C and has to stay at the hospital for awhile. He meets this girl who has heart problems there and the two eventually fall in love. Anyone know the name of this anime? Thanks in advance.

Yeah Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, it's a pretty short anime, (6 episode's) but really good.
