MOST OVERATED ANIME!!
I was wondering what everyone here think's is the most overated anime please give a reason and not just a name because I can gurantee there's probably gonna be alot of complaints about your choice/choices, but as for me I'm probably signing my Death wish by saying this but I was re-watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (on no he isn't lol) and was thinking to myself how the hell is this anime as big as it is, middle to last episode where nothing but fillers , plot well I think we can all agree that the plot was pretty much non-existent, characters I found where too stereotypical (Haruhi=the tsundere girl, Miku=shy girl with large breasts, Yuki=flat chested quiet girl), plus little to no character development = one of the greatest anime's of all time?? someone please fill me in on why this anime is put above anime's like Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Code Geass.
Reply to this Topicin my opinion the reason why is that the way they put the episode is unique and how its really funny because of the way kyon react to the situations but idk really
In away I agree with your reasoning and corins, that yes it is funny, however there is no character devolpement. (and I like code geass alot better even tho I have only seen 9 eps, in english)
for me it is defenatly SCHOOL DAY(s) not sure no if it was days or day well i kind of liked that show, every week i was waiting that there will come the next episode.. episode 11 ending was so exiting because you saw that he get killed of her... but ep 12 was the biggest RANDOM SHIT i ever watched -.- WTF takeing his f*king Head and doing like hes still alive Oo
Hehe School Days was OVERRATED It was good from 1-6 6-9 Getting Strange and 10-12 OMG WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! Lol and who takes a guys head with them in the end anyways that did seem a bit over the edge lol.
Lol, I liked School Days. And well, Katsura did go like crazy at the end, lol.
By the way, haven't seen The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya yet, but Code Geass and Gurren Lagann(haven't finished yet, damn) are awesome.
Even though I've never watched it I think it would have to Naurto. I think this way since I see it EVERYWHERE and there's always been a voice in my mind telling me not to watch it. And perhaps Death Note is a bit overated since after L died the show got a tad bit boring
ah well may seem like fillers...but ummm all those events where in the Haruhi Novels!!!!!!! well least all 9 that have/are currently released...trust me the novels..are like...realllllllllllly good..specially 4th "Disappeance of Haruhi Suzumiya" that was just...an awesome thing..there (specially what happened to everyone!!!" but ya.....lol but ANYWAYS yes overrated one to me is NARUTO...cause well....its just so ....everywhere lmao......think that may be good reason..besides..that excessive filler amount -_-
I think any anime with to many random things and to many fillers are stupid. Like Naruto. they have to many things that bore me to death, I swaer, I was sleeping through the whole thing for the episodes, it bored me so much I could have done something else better, like play with a paperclip or do something that would excite me.
Tengen Toppa Gurren lagann was the only anime that ever made me cry. TMoHS was pretty good but what the fuck was up with the episode order? Death Note was a tad overrated but not really cause it was pure genius. Great Teacher Onizuka was my most favorite anime though, if you havent seen it check it out.
