first i would like to say sorry cause all the naruto shippuden episodes get taken down quikly so i dont think there will be many episodes of that here a group for all naruto and one piece lovers feel free to start any one piece or naruto related disscutions and please participate in the disscutions

Attack Collison
Up to now, we all know Luffy's and Naruto's Ulitmate attacks, Let's say this.. Naruto was kicked in the air, getting ready to counter Luffy with his rasegan while Luffy sets up his Gomu Gomu no Storm, who's attack you think will hit first? Why?

I'll have to go with Luffy too. I haven't watched Naruto in a while (so correct me if I'm wrong) but I think it takes him a short amount of time to get Rasegan ready. Most of Luffy's attacks are instantaneous.
