Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost In the Shell: stand alone complex. In most of the animes I watch, when there is a girl who kicks ass, it is usually with magical powers or were used as test subjects. But the Major is just a pro at what she does.
mine would be goku from the dragonball series from ball all the way to GT. he's just so carefree and eats alot. lol
