well normally the girls are the more mature(i'm a guy) but it usually depends what type of envirnoment and parents the kid has like for me i was raised around adults with loving parents and i have a mind set of a 30 yr old and i'd rather be around the adults then around kids because most kids around me have no clue how to hold an intellegent conversation. Now for other kids they are raised in bad evironments they could have the mind set of a 3 yr old and just act out.
