I think you should try to get Limewire and download the J-pop techno remixes you could find there, since most of these videos here are live concerts and PVs and there aren't a lot of straight-techno songs. However, go to my Anime songs group 'Chance Beat!' and check out the hyper remixes in the back pages, there's like 30 J-techno remixes on one page. The Elemental Gelade opening "Forever" (probably best overall J-dance-pop song of all time), Red Fraction and Virgins High from Mell, and Hemisphere from Raxzephon have heavy techno influences and I'm positive you'll like them a lot. They're all in Chance Beat! so just search the pages.

if u want real Techno from Japan than try Takkyu Ishino.. he also have a group "Denki Groove" sounds nice too. maybe u know "Niji" from Eureka Seven last episode ending. thats their sound. but id rather stay with european techno cuz itz the best..

there is a band called "polysics". my favorite song for that band was "new wave jacket"
