Wow, Chris... to post a topic called "Bored" and then to go off saying you want someone to make you laugh or entertain must mean that this is the first time i've seen u like this. Maybe, maybe i have.. but If ur that bored i'd suggest go dl sc and get owned! =) that'll entertain u to a certain degree lol.

Well, if I do dl SC I'll end up joining a clan because I love going up ranks and whatnot and I'll forget everything about Veoh. Which means I'll be force to abandon Anime and friends and Oh!, let's not forget my sex slaves! They'll be all depressed without me. And I'll miss Mitchell and all his big words that give me headaches and make me go to google like crazy trying to figure out the meaning of his every word >< I can proudly say that my English vocabulary has drastically expanded to its highest thanks to him. I use to add "fuck(ing)" to every sentence (mainly because I'm from NY) and I just couldn't stop. So yeah, I guess dling SC wont help :P

Hahaha. Me and my big words, and my small difficult words... Like "odious". Ohhhh, fear it. How about "convalecense"? "Bombastic"? "deleterious"? Don't say it doesn't turn you on.

I know quite a few latin expressions too, but I never use them because the occation rarely calls for it, and I don't bother using expressions that I have good reason to assume people don't know. I don't dumb down my way of speaking because I think that it is incredibly condescending to just assume people won't know english words. Nothing I hate more than someone assuming the limitations of my knowledge in a common knowledge field.

Besides, I owe those that choose not to dumb down their dialogue when speaking to me for introducing me to the words I know. I am also constantly running to dictionaries, as well as encyclipedias, Chris. I'm constantly being introduced to new words and expressions. That's how we learn. I believe that it was Aristotle who said that the moment you stop learning, is the moment you die.

I like Odious ^^ Causing dislike or displeasure or something... It can be used differently right? Arousing hatred or repugnance. Disgusting ^^

I like that too, it came to mind because I read it in a, somewhat of a vitriolic letter to the president of the University of Minnesota, Mr. Bruininks (though the vitriol was not aimed at Mr. Bruininks). I found the letter to be quite entertaining. I wish I could write like he can. This is a guy that makes me run to the dictionary quite often. He is also fluent in latin. I can send you the letter in it's entirety in a PM if you like.
