Zero No Tsukaima if you haven't already seen it, Seto no Hanayome fits this really well, Negima definitely contains both of these elements, Wolf and Spice kinda fits this, and I'm out of suggestions for the moment.

I've seen Zero No Tsukaima and Negima already. Seto no Hanayome sounds interesting, does main couple stay together?

Seto no Hanayome is more on the comedy side than actually romance, but if you don't mind then I can recommend; They are my nobles masters and Hayate No Gotoku! Less comedy and more romance would probaly be something like Ah! My goddess, Chobits and Itzasura na kiss and lots more.. If you on the other hand don't mind dropping a bit more comedy for romance with depth and drama i'd say you should go for Nana or Paradise kiss But anyway you should definitely watch Wolf and Spice even though it lacks romance at the beginning

Ugh there so many so ill just say the ones that come to mind. Theres - Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, Macademi Wasshoi(very funny), The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Demonbane. I tried not to name any ecchi animes since most people have seen them already. It was only off the top of my head but I hope that helps.

Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun confused me though, do they ever end up as a couple?

It ends without saying who ends up together, like most love triangles in animes.

Some good romance/comedy animes are Ranma 1/2, Lovely Complex, Ouran High School Host Club, and Fruits Basket. They are all really good. :)

1)Clannad and Clannad After Story(I recommand these would be from the first ones you check out.Btw,AfterStory is the 2nd season and it is sooo romantic.The 1st season is more comedy-like.)2)Itazura na Kiss,Kare Kano(watch this one first,really romantic),3)Special A(great one and new.I mean it ended like 3 or 4 months ago),Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora(really romantic and only has 6 episodes.)4)Fruits Basket and 5)Ouran High School Host Club.For comedy ones PLEASE watch firstly The 6)Walllower(which is also called ''Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge'').It 's great and I 'm sure you 'll like it.Btw,Ouran is a comedy one,too.So funny!!!
