why doesnt hinata tell naruto how she feels

okay but still she could do better
if u faint before u can say 2 words its hard 2 tell him something like that im just suprised sakura dosnt set them up
shes really shy, and she doesnt try hard enough. she doesnt think he likes her, she knows he likes sakura.
