sadness and sorrow
does anybody kno who composed sadness and sorrow (the theme that always plays in naruto when there is a sad part in the show?) oh and does anybody kno who sings hero (the 1st naruto shippuden opening?)

ya i knew the title i just didn't kno who sung it sry i didn't say the full name i'm just used 2 saying hero cuz my sister and all my friends kno wut i'm talkig about wink i say it lol but thanks 4 the help i realy appreciate it ^_^
you can buy sadness and sorrow on iTunes. look it up as piano squall, game. its 2min 53 sec. or you can be like almost everybody else and DL from veoh transfer to WMP and sync with your mp3 hope this helps

most naruto bgm music is compoed by toshiro marudo though i'm not sure if he did this partiular song too
