How do you center a picture onto the profile? I keep getting a portion of the picture

I found another way too. background-position: #% #%; Just replace the number sign with numbers. The image starts on the upper left. The first number is the horizontal and the latter is the vertical

If you're only getting a portion (like a corner) its cuz the bg's true size is bigger than the screen. You can just shorten the picture up in ohotoshop/paint/iphoto to a screen size. Tinypic dot com has an option to do this automatically- the resize button.
