Curious as to what this was, I started an excruciating Google search ending in 22 Black Rock Shooter BGs and, somehow, 50+ Miku Hatsune BGs. I found out that Miku Hatsune was a japanese Voice Synthesizing Program also known as Vocaloid, created by Yamaha, and was somehow tied to Black Rock Shooter. So, even though my search ended with 75+ great new BGs, I've still yet to find out: "WTF IS BLACK ROCK SHOOTER?!". Can anybody help?

Well as far as I knew it was just the name attached to the images. It looks the images came off that Konachan site. Maybe its a part of that Vocaloid thing? That green-haired girl you see a lot with the stuff on her arm is from Vocaloid. I believe Vocaloid has other avatars like her and maybe the girl from Black Rock Shooter is one. Vocaloid images are like some of the best BGs to come out in years btw, especially the unofficial ones. Meomix has some on her animated bg.

I'm not really sure. I saw a youtube video with music created by the Hatsune Miku version of the Vocaloid software, with a video of the girl from the Black Rock Shooter images. The quality wasn't bad, basically having the graphics of a 3-D game on the PS2, and looked pretty official. I was thinking maybe a demo video made as an advertisement for Vocaloid and the character kind of took off?

Vocaloid has like a maker that (to make the character move like animation) and that the real black rock shooter which is i THINK is miku dark side maybe someone made her dark side in vocaloid (and miku wasnt the person that was singing it, it was black rock shooter)

That does seem very likely (the dark side stuff). The article I read about the Vocaloid software was pretty old, so there's a good chance that Black Rock Shooter is an entirely different version of the software, being tied to the Miku version only by the Vocaloid name.
