What is YOUR morning workout ritual??? If you dont have one, its a new year, and a great time incorperate physicality into your day...If you're like me, its hard to know where to begin..
I've started with the simple AM YOGA 10minute routine to wake myself followed by 30min aerobics of my choice, 10min of abs, and 10 min cool down. Some mornings I make it all the way through, Some I'll only make it through the 10min start-up, but EVERY DAY I'm comitted to Starting Out Right, So I have confidence that my body, breath, health and happiness will grow along with my dedication.
