The first tournament of the new year was set to be given a bang up start, with the announcement that brawl would be soon coming the community decided it would be nice to hold a little tag team contest, Each character was teamed up with another, but per the amount of teams, each character had two seperate teams of which to compete on, some having different partners and some the same, the first match which was quite spectualar had it's shares of ups and downs, but this would turn out to be a great celebration.
