- TAGUIG CITY, Philippines--Philippine Forest Corp. officer-in-charge Erwin Santos explains that the National Bureau of Investigation did not raid the office of former Philforest president Rodolfo Noel Lozada Jr., who is a witness in the Senate probe on the national broadband network controversy. Santos says the NBI merely presented a request for 21 documents to be submitted to the NBI's anti-graft division.
