- Description
- The 'I love me' Champions Challenge was a competition between the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester, taking place on the 27th June 2009 at Wright Robinson Sports College. www.letsgoglobal.tv provided pervasive gaming video workshops throughout the day. Competitors were split into 3 teams, each team was given a colour and a small video camera and headband! The aim of the game was to film as many of the treasure objects on the handout within the allotted 15 min game time. Teams also got extra points if they managed to film the other teams. At the end of the 15 mins the teams watched all 3 films simultaneously, scoring them as they go. This game provided opportunities for teamwork, problem solving, competitive and collaborative play, and was based on the game Playmakers, a partnership between NESTA, Hide and Seek, and ThinkPublic.
