HVCC rules which were suppose to help home buyers have done nothing but hurt home buyers, home sellers, lenders and appraisers. Go to Sacramento REAL Estate Voice and speak up for youself by signing the petition. When government gets involved it's not a petty sight and bogals down what was working. Home buyer pay more for appraisals and appraisers get 50% of the money now that government has put a company in the middle that takes money. Good appraisers have left real estate.
