- http://www.MORVacationsAmerica.com California State Attorney General Jerry Brown has filed a lawsuit against a major seller of home based travel businesses. Resorts 360 (Resorts360) is not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, but like the company being sued, Resorts 360 does sell monthly subscriptions to their system. The lawsuit charges the travel company named in the suit with false advertising and being a gigantic pyramid scheme. Resorts 360 has been linked to a scam because they members can pay over $5500 to use the membership for 10 years while (Resorts 360) competitors charge as little as $1998 for a travel club membership that offers lifetime access to more resorts at lower weekly vacation prices.
