It was released sometime after the game's announcement, when the confirmed cast was Eagle Ken, Casshan, Tekkaman, Gan-chan/Yatterman No. 1, Hurricane Polymar, and Gold Lightan for Tatsunoko in addition to Ryu, Chun-Li, Alex, Morrigan, Batsu, and Soki for Capcom
I downloaded it from a link posted at YT, as well as it being in HQ. The video itself was taken from the Famitsu New Wave DVD.
