Copied from PlayStation DataCenter: Ridge Racer was released in 1993 on the Namco System 22 arcade system board. R4: Ridge Racer Type 4 includes a new version called Ridge Racer Turbo. This game runs at 60 fps with Gouraud shading on the car models.
