In 1 John 2:18 he is "Antichrist", then Paul calls him "The Man of Sin" and "The Son of Perdition". Perhaps one of the most popular names apart from "The Antichrist" is the name that John uses..."The Beast". For in depth analysis check out "Our Featured Media". You can also read a brief commentary and watch videos if you click here. It is important to note that Yahweh establishes His word in the mouth of two or more witnesses. That is why He reveals things to multiple prophets. If Yahweh revealed it to just one person, that person would get arrogant and prideful. Their vanity would exceed their humility...just like The Antichrist. Are there other people teaching this? Of course there are...not to mention contemporary scholars like Finis Jennings Dake author of the Dake Annotated Reference Bible and Rev. Clarence Larkin who taught this a century ago.

The Islamic Antichrist comes from Syria, part of Assyria. Isaiah spoke concerning this latter day deceiver, along with Daniel, Ezekiel, Yeshua, Paul, John and others. The False Prophet will also be Islamic and will deceive the world with miracles, signs and wonders. This dynamic duo, according to Islamic hadiths (tradititions) will be Al-Mahdi (guided one) and Isa (Jesus, Son of Mary). The Islamic Isa (Jesus) returns to Damascus, Syria and serves as a lieutenant behind Al-Mahdi (guided one) or The Antichrist.
