can't keep up with them all. Many people write me with questions that can be

and you can't find it using the FAQ, try posting under the specific forum
that addresses your issue in our Support Forums. For anything that
isn't problem-related feel free to write. I can't promise I will be able to
read them all or respond to all these messages, but if you have something that

nii-chan means older brother but is often used when talking to those older than you if you are familiar with them. nee-chan is older sister and is used the same way.
