Death Note was about a 17 year old kid named Light. He finds a Notebook outside his school, it's called the Death Note. It was dropped by Ryuk; a creature from another realm called a Shinigami. Whoever touches the Death Note can see the Shinigami the book belonged to. To use the Death Note, you visualize someone, write their name in the book, write how they die 40 seconds after you write their name, then 6 minutes and 40 seconds after you write that you have to write details about their death. Light decides that he is going to use the Death Note to make the world a better place by killing off Japan's criminals. I don't exactly know how it ends, but I think it's really good so far. The manga is a little wordy, but I like it. Sorry for the long reply. :)
