There not blood related. Kaname is for the last time not Yuki's sister. I read on wikipedia that Kaname is a ancient vampire but got trapped in Yuki's brother's body.

By the way the last comment was a reply to asianfinest2. And Yuki has been raised as Zero's sister and I think that it would be a bit like incest to her.

Kaname and Yuki ^_^ cause Yuki is really cute and Kanama is so hot!!! XD and I think they make a better couple!!!!! =3

and MeaveFan is right they are not brother and sister (Kanama x Yuki) cause thats what everyone told me and I read it.
