hack//sign
can anybody tell me what came first in the hack//sign series it looks good but which one starts it all
Reply to this TopicChonological order for the .Hack series is: .Hack//Sign, .Hack video games (infection, mutation, outbreak, and quarentine for PS2), .Hack//Liminality (runs parallel to the games showing the effects in the real world), .Hack//Sign Reunion, .Hack//Legend of the Twilight (not cannon with roots and GU), .Hack//Roots, .Hack//GU (3 games for PS2 or the movie, .Hack//GU Trillogy), .Hack//Returner. There are also several mangas and novels that fit into the storyline at various points. Sign easily stands by itself tho, so don't get worried about playing the games or anything. One warning: there is almost no action in Sign, just a lot of talking and quiet moments. That said, it's really a very good story about people trying to escape from being themselves
