i dont think any of the bossess from ffxii come close cause i finished it if sephiroth faught the final boss of ffxii my money would be on sephiroth
I think sephiroth was the only FF boss/main bad guy that actually kills someone important.

What about Kefka? He´s not evil because of some mental shock or anything comparable (what!? my mother is an alien!!??, or: What!? I have to die? then you'll ALL die with me!!!!). He just seems to be a real sadist - plus: He's got an eccentric laugh, and you can actually HEAR it. (I know Sephiroth laughs that way, but since you can't hear it Kefka is more fun...)
