Well first you're supposed to have a video in a right format, after that go to your profile and you see there "Upload" in red color I think. Press it, fill out form upload it and in 1-2 days it's gonna be up.

or do it my way :) first ufind the video on veoh then favorite it then come here and click on add video to group then chooses from favorites then click the vodeos and viloa its done
