The thing about this anime that keeps me amazed is how real it can be. I mean when a girl feels lonely it's pretty easy for her to find some "comfort". But for a guy it's so much harder and he just has to bear with it.

Kinda big spoiler you got there, but w/e. I think Takumi is more suited for Nana's spoiled personality. He's more capable of handling her and not letting her get too coddled.
