- Rescue workers banged pipes and revved boat engines in an attempt to herd a group of stranded whales out to open waters. The Coast Guard says it's spotted several small groups of pilot whales stranded in the Florida Everglades, several of which died after beaching themselves in the dangerously shallow waters. Alison Harmelin reports.
