The video is to show the relation and similar problem our main characters are having. We start with Mizuho's story go to Koishi's then slow it down with Kei's. Of course Kei being in every one of them I can see how you would think it's all about Kei, but I wanted to work it as a three voices singing the same song.
If you haven't watched Please Teacher!Give it a go, good animation, nice story, adult themes without the eechi! And most important a harem plot without a main character who doesn't make up is mind. that always burned me about Tenchi no romantic plot forwarding. At least Ranma shows the love hidden and you know if left alone for a day the two would be a happy pair.
