Its either you or the player. I don't think the video would be perfectly rated would it have such a massive issue :) The video is always checked before upload and was working perfectly when uploaded, and during the period of time after loading. If this issue is now occuring it is either a player update causing the issue when it converts the file, or your specs don't support the encoding settings. You try downloading the video though?

I've viewing now, and its playing perfectly synced. So I'm assuming your using the full Veoh Web Player to watch the full vid, which in the Veoh forums, is confirmed corrupt and broken for most.
