"Live & Die For Love"

"I have always been into sports, such as soccer (women’s premier level), football, tennis, kickboxing (Tony Greco), etc. When I was introduced to the gym at the age of 17, I became addicted to building muscle and improving my physique and fitness. It was when I saw the girls on a bodybuilding/fitness show on T.V. at the gym that I was determined to get a body like that and get up on stage too. So, staying dedicated through hard training, eating the right foods, and losing 30 lbs I was then ready to walk on stage. My future goals in the fitness industry: To continue improving my physique and fitness level so that I can compete Nationally and then Internationally (Olympia!) and become a well-recognized athlete all over the world. I'd also like to move from competing in figure to fitness and perform challenging routines at competitions.
"Competing is not the most important thing for me, I just want to feel comfortable with my physique. I do not like to concentrate all my emphasis in doing sports and looking well cause there are a lot of other important things,
like friends, family, career and education. To have a good shape is nice, but it’s not everything and does not make happy. Everything, your body, mind and social components in your live have to be balanced.
I compete because the preparation is useful to learn discipline for your whole life. It’s a fight against yourself, your interior barriers and gives a lot of self-consciousness. If your are able to consist a preparation,
you can also reach other goals in your life."
