A lot of new phones either come with or have the ability to use a mini SD-Card, especially .MP3 phones. These can normally range from 1GB to 4GB, though are sometimes higher. If you have one of these, it's possible to put any image as a perfectly-fitting wallpaper on your cell phone. Directions will be posted here.

I have a thread in the forum with a layout where you only have to add your fave Hatsune/J-pop/anime backgrounds too. It has a lot of slots for the backgrounds and special effects, you just add your images. You can make adjustments like font preferences and color too. It even has instructions intact! so in the thread above you can see I have this full layout thing I'm working on, the first one was Shugo Chara by default, I want to do another full default layout with Hatsune now since she's a little more unisex. If you have any rare image links, post them please! I'd like to make a real exclusive one and provide extras to mix it up so everyone who uses it can look different even if they go with the default layout.
