does any one now how to fix it

everytime I change my background, my old code comes back, I can't make a new one, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I'll update more over the weeks as they update the CSS, which appears to have many codes not active at the moment.

My page is kind of halfway-done since I'm going to modify stuff later. The background image I'm using is amazing! I haven't chosen how I want the side with the options to look, but it will be something Ghost-in-the-Shellish.

my profile is finally done ty ty -bows- XDDD anyways~ 0-0 my profile if you take some time to watch it load~ (watch the epicness from the begining xD) it will consist of elfen lied if not i changed it D: but anyways i tried making it simple but thats kinda hard with such a complicated code xD i cut a lot of things out and made the text crazy so try and use mozilla otherwise internet explorer is fine xP but anyways tell me what ya think (PLEASE NO MESSAGES ABOUT CODES OR COMMENTS) comment on my page :D the code is already complicated enough =-= (so sorry) but ask mah friend Shishio for some help XD and enjoy 8D (please rate XD!) of course he's still my master in profiles but oh well~ XD
