And Do U Know Whats This I Found It On Line Under This Anime Title Gensomaden Saiyuki: Kibou no zaika (OAV) ~ U'm Not sure What OVA this Is Suppose 2 b So A little help If U Know What Ova That Is! the anime is based off of a true chinese story. DBZ took a bit from the original story too

I think you mean a Chinese legend. In order of series it was actually Dragonball that took a bit from the legend first not Dragonball Z. I believe Saiyuki is based on the old series Monkey.
