Also is that picture the person off of Elfen Lied if it is, is it a good series????

Yeah, she's the main character Lucy from Elfen Lied. It's a really amazing series, one of my favorites in fact. Be prepared to get all teary eyed if you happen to decide to watch it though.

Well it was all subbed while back and Veoh/stage6 also had every episode.. when iwas at episode 15.. iguessthey became licsensed and.. were taken off both.. thanks for uploaded this been keepin an eye out for the rest for while now!
